I have loved all of Christen s more advanced classes in the past. Now I am getting back into yoga after pregnancy and a c-section delivery, and this is the first class that has made me feel like I m really rebuilding my practice. Wonderful attention to alignment, moderately paced, but certainly challenging enough to be invigorating.

I almost didn t do this one tonight due to exhaustion and time, but so glad I did! I love all of her classes, and this one left me feeling amazing and with a huge smile on my face. Great for beginners and easy to follow. Christen s spirit is one huge breath of fresh air.

This was a fun class! I liked how she didn t take everything too seriously. More importantly I really liked how she reminded us not only how we were supposed to do the poses, but where we should be feeling the poses. I will be doing this one again and again!!

This is fabulous class. I am not a true beginner, I would call myself an experienced beginner. I found this class challenging. Some of the poses I wouldn t necessarily say were even easy for somebody with about a year s experience to do. All this being said, this is a fabulous class. She helps to be mindful of alignment. I also like how she reminds of where each pose is supposed to be felt. This was a truly invigorating practice and great class to experience. I would highly recommend, wonderful beginner s class and refresher for someone s who has been out of practice for a little while.

I haven t practiced in quite a while due to a knee injury. My hips have always been tight, but are even more so now. I was surprised at how much flexibility I had lost. I was very glad to find this class. I was familiar with the poses, and the easy pace was just what I needed. The instructions were easy to follow, and I could adjust the poses to fit my level. My hips were much more open at the end of class. I will be interested to find where I will feel soreness when I try this again tomorrow!

I am not a beginner, but I felt challenged and invigorated by this practice. I would recommend that a beginner familiarize themselves with some of the poses before trying this class because you could feel lost once it gets moving along.
Christen is a very good teacher, I appreciated her cueing and picked up good alignment tips.

This was my first class I ever took using Yoga Download and it was Awesome! The instructor is awesome on video and since I have done my best to take all of her classes! This video is great for beginner s with a little yoga knowledge.

I was mislead by the Beginner s tag & ended up getting a bit lost during the practice. That said although not for absolute beginner s it is wonderful & very humbling. She is a great teacher and explains well.

I love this class! It is playful but challenging whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. After this class oh will feel both stronger and lighter.
